The Wedding of His Royal Highness Prince Joachim and Miss Marie Cavallier on 24 May 2008

His Royal Highness Prince Joachim is dressed in the gala uniform of the infantry. He also wears the following Danish decorations:

• Knight of the Order of the Elephant (R.E.) on a ribbon together with the Star of the Order
• Grand Commander of the Order of Dannebrog (S.Kmd.) on a neck ribbon together with the Star of the Order
• Silver Cross of the Order of Dannebrog (D.Ht.)
• Commemorative Medal of the 50th Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Ingrid's Arrival in Denmark (Dr.I.E.M.)
• Badge of Honour, Officers of the Reserve (ROHT)
• Commemorative Medal of Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II and His Royal Highness Prince Henrik's Silver Wedding (S.E.m.)
• The Silver Jubilee Medal of Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark (accession to the Danish throne) (R.E.m.)
• King Frederik IX's Centenary Medal (M.M.11 March 1899-1999)
• Commemorative Medal of Queen Ingrid (DR.I.M.M.)
