Opening of Parliament

The Queen, Prince Henrik, Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Prince Joachim and Princess Benedikte have attended the opening of Parliament at Christiansborg Palace which is the home of the Danish Parliament, the Folketinget. The challenge for the royals at this event in the parliamentary chamber is not to be photographed looking sleepy or bored! Those photographers have their cameras at the ready at the slightest hint of a droopy royal eyelid!
