Mary attends International Nursing Conference

Today Crown Princess Mary has been at the opening of the International Nursing Conference at the Marriott Hotel in Copenhagen. The theme of the conference is "Collaborative Research Models: Improving Patient Outcomes". The Viborg School of Nursing is the main organiser of the conference. There are various international participants and many of the keynote speakers are Australians. The conference brings together nurse researchers and clinicians from around the world with the intention to explore the positive impact international collaborative nursing research activities are having on patient care. The Deakin University School of Nursing (Melbourne) partnered with the Viborg School of Nursing in 2001 to offer the first Masters program for nurses in Denmark.

Congratulations Mary and Fredrick on the happy news of the new little one's arrival in early May. I wish you both health and happiness and a safe arrival of your new Prince or Princess.

Luv Michelle
