Mary, Christian & Isabella visit Frederik in hospital

Crown Princess Mary attended the Defense Force and Air Force's Medal of Honour dinner in Christian VII's Palace at Amalienborg last night. The Medal of Honour dinner involves serving military and there are no photos of this event, but, we do have a bird's eye view of Mary, Christian and Isabella visiting the patient at Rigshospitalet today.

Billed Bladet 'Mary besøgte Frederik på Rigshospitalet' - Mary visited Frederik at the University Hospital of Copenhagen

Mary and the children made a visit to a bed ridden Crown Prince Frederik on Wednesday afternoon.
The operation on Crown Prince Frederik's fracture of the fibula apparently went according to plan and at 3.15pm the Crown Princess arrived, driving herself and the children, to the University Hospital of Copenhagen to visit.
Together with Prince Christian and Princess Isabella they spent about one and a half hours with Frederik, who is staying in hospital a little longer than expected, so Mary also delivered a few extra clothes.
Later in the evening they had both been expected at Amalienborg, but, around noon the Crown Prince was obliged to send his apologies, and Mary therefore went alone.
After the visit, Christian and Isabella jumped around the carpark in front of the Emergency Centre and Mary had a hard time wrangling the two small bundles of energy, neither of whom seemed at all perturbed by the visit.

Update: Billed Bladet reports Frederik was discharged from hospital by 9am Thursday morning and that he was driven home to Kancellihuset, arriving at 9:38am. Mary had already taken the children to nursery school. Frederik was said to have looked tired after a couple of days in hospital and had crutches with him.
