Dear readers...

Thanks to all devoted readers for hanging in there and continuing to check the blog. And thanks to many of you who have taken the time to email. We are still here, just busy with real life. Much as we like to keep things updated this is an amateur blog done in spare time only. We will catch up, but begin gradually and then go backwards (well, I know what I mean!). I will get all in order in time and introduce a few new features in the next little while. Happy reading!

Great to see you back Lotte. No apologies required as you do a really wonderful job with your comprehensive collection of wonderful photographs and informative texts. I enjoyed all of these new pictures of all the family and the gardens both in Australia and Denmark were wonderful. In New Zealand we only saw two pictures of the Crown Prince couple and one was of Prince Frederik locked out of his sister-in-law's house. I hate it when that happens don't you?

Dear Lotte. It is great to see you back just as the other posters said. I love you site for the same reasons the others mention. Being from a faraway country I can rely on your site to give good information and great pictures as well. Go well!!!

Hi Lotte. I was disturbed this morning to read excerpts from a new book about the Crown Prince couple making the most appallingly personal criticisms about them, based it would seem upon nothing more substantial than distant observations of them. From what I have seen they are probably much too professional and polite to respond to such scuttlebuck, but if someday you were to wake up feeling alittle "down" it could get very depressing. I think that they, like any of us, have the right to want to be less than totally forthcoming all the time. Personally, they give enough of themselves to keep a lot of us happy. asee .

Hi Lotte, this is my very first comment, but I want to commend you on your dedication & hard work. It bothers me when folks criticize the crown prince couple. I do very much appreciate your keeping everyone up to date on DRF happenings. I'm a big fan & visit the site regularly. Becky of TN, USA
