Mary launches skin cancer campaign

Today Crown Princess Mary has visited the Butterfly Kindergarten in Gentofte to launch the Danish Cancer Society's skin cancer awareness campaign "Turn down the sun between 12 and 3". Crown Princess Mary read from a book for children called A Book About the Sun written and illustrated by the Swedish author Pernilla Stafeldt which has a foreword by Crown Princess Mary. In Denmark skin cancer rates have tripled in the last 30 years and it ranks seventh worst in the world (Australia is the worst, but survival rates are highest).

Really nice to see that Crown Princess Mary has something worthwhile to teach the Danish people.Such a lot of news is concerned with her wardrobe hair style etc. This is much more in depth. Along with the "Anti Bully Campaign"
Keep up the good work.
